A product designer.
Hi, I’m Natasha
I enjoy the process of understanding users, and figuring out the best way to solve their problems.
When I started my journey in information design, I found it fascinating to learn how the Design Thinking Framework can be used to chalk out a journey from empathizing with and understanding people, defining their pain points to ultimately coming up with a solution for their problems.
My background in marketing helped me connect the dots between business goals and user needs and I found a lot of overlapping areas between my research experiences and the beginning phases of the UX process. I was delighted to find out the extent to which I could apply my survey design and data analysis skills to empathize with and define user personas and then use those insights and artifacts to create experiences that solve people’s problems and enhance their day-to-day lives.
During my design process, I like to picturize the user persona and environment in detail, so I can thoroughly understand the context of a user’s digital experience.
When I’m not designing, you may find me exploring arts and cultures, cuisines, reading fictions or watching sci-fi. Below is a mind map of some of the other aspects of my identities that I’m showing up with today.
